This project features a fictional, fantastical Gecko developed from an earlier collaboration where I prototyped an amphibian creature for a short film. Including sculpting in ZBrush, modelling for animation, texturing in Substance, and UV mapping. Using Blender 4.4 and Cycles, I brought back the concept to life with dynamic lighting and rendering, experimenting with the capabilities of Blender’s SSS shader for enhanced realism.
